Guest Guidelines

General Guidelines

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
    Early or late check-ins may be accommodated upon request.

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
    Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect fellow guests and the natural surroundings.

  • No Smoking Indoors
    Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only. Please smoke only in marked areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

  • No Loud Music or Parties
    Lagkaw is a space for rest and reflection. We welcome small gatherings, but please keep the atmosphere calm and respectful.

  • Campfires and cooking are only allowed in designated areas and under staff supervision (coming soon). Safety first, always.

Al Fresco & Shared Spaces

  • Clean as you go. If you use the shared kitchen, please wash and return any dishes and utensils you use.

  • Be mindful when sharing space with others, especially during mealtimes.

  • Children are welcome, but please supervise them in shared areas for their safety and the comfort of all guests.

Room Etiquette

  • Keep your room tidy and let us know if you need extra towels or linens.

  • Kindly turn off lights, air-conditioning, and appliances when leaving the room.

  • Please do not eat on the beds. Dining areas are provided for your convenience.

  • Room Keys & Security

    - Please keep your room key safe. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.

    - Lock your door when leaving the room and at night for your own safety.

    - We are not responsible for valuables left unattended. If you need to store anything securely, please let us know.

  • Visitors are not allowed in the rooms without prior notice or approval.

Sustainability & Nature Respect

  • Help us reduce waste: dispose of trash responsibly and separate recyclables where bins are provided.

  • Do not pick plants, feed wildlife, or disturb natural areas around the inn.

  • Keep paths clear and always close gates or doors behind you.

  • As an off-grid space, our resources are precious. Please take short showers and turn off lights and appliances when not in use.

  • Wi-Fi is available in common areas for those who need it. But we invite you to unplug when possible and enjoy the offline experience.

🐾Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly space — we love welcoming well-behaved furry companions! To keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask:

  • Please clean up after your pets at all times, especially in shared outdoor areas.

  • Pets should not be left unattended in rooms or common areas.

  • Bring your own pet bedding or towel to help keep our linens free of fur.

  • Be mindful of other guests and keep your pets on a leash in shared spaces.

  • Any damage caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility.
